Title: Cook County Summary: This film, which premiered at the SXSW Film Festival in Austin, Texas, is a heart-breaking, sober look into the lives of those with an addiction to meth. Abe (played by Ryan Donowho) is a teenage boy who suffers at the hands of his abusive uncle. When his father, Sonny (played by Xander Berkeley), finally returns home, Sonny attemps to overcome his addiction to meth in order to reestablish a place in his son's life.
